Job Opening: Graphic Designer
Are you a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for detail and a genuine interest in fashion and e-commerce? We are looking for someone who can translate the Emily and Charlotte story into clean, elegant visuals across our website and marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Design refined, user-friendly visuals for our website including banners, campaign imagery and product layouts
- Create visual content for social media, email campaigns and digital advertising
- Ensure all visuals are consistent with our brand identity, tone and colour palette
- Work closely with the founders to develop and refine creative concepts
- Maintain visual consistency across every customer touchpoint
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within fashion or e-commerce
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- A refined eye for typography, layout, colour and composition
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing deadlines independently
- Clear communication skills and genuine openness to feedback
- A portfolio with recent, relevant work

Job Opening: Customer Service and Community Representative
Do you enjoy genuinely helping people and care about doing it well? Emily and Charlotte is looking for a warm, reliable and customer-first representative to join our remote team.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, the voice of the brand in every email, every question and every return. It is a role that matters enormously to us, because the experience a customer has after she clicks buy is just as important as everything that came before it.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries by email in a warm, clear and helpful way
- Guide customers through sizing, styling and product questions
- Manage returns, exchanges and refunds with care and efficiency
- Spot patterns in customer feedback and share them with the team
- Help maintain the brand voice in every written interaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within fashion or e-commerce
- Excellent written English and a naturally warm, human tone
- A genuine care for people and a customer-first mindset
- Organised, reliable and comfortable working independently
- Flexible availability and a stable internet connection for remote work
